Toss the steak, garlic, 2 tablespoons chili powder, lime juice, and cumin in a large bowl; cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes, tossing once or twice.

While you might enjoy chilli con carne delia, it is ideal to consider other types of ground meat when preparing this meal. Ground turkey and chicken are healthier. It can be challenging to tell the difference due to the chili seasoning, but turkey and chicken can also add a unique flavor to any chili recipe. If you don't mind eating a vegetarian meal, you can also skip the meat altogether.

Pour in the beer and broth, add the paprika and the remaining 2 tablespoons chili powder, and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
